At A Time To Play Therapy

We are more than just a therapy practice

We are your partners in fostering emotional health and well-being for your child. Whether a child is dealing with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or other emotional difficulties, our goal is to empower them through the therapeutic use of play. We believe that by creating a space where children feel safe to explore their emotions, we can help them develop the skills they need to overcome obstacles and build resilience for the future.

At A Time To Play Therapy , we believe in the transformative power of play to help children heal, grow, and thrive. Located in the heart of Tupelo, MS, our practice is dedicated to providing specialized therapeutic support for children, teens, and families.

Through play therapy, children can express themselves, process emotions, and work through challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

Our team, led by Belinda Tutor, is highly experienced and holds numerous certifications in child-focused therapy methods, including Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). We use evidence-based techniques such as child-centered play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), expressive arts therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help children navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
